What is Black Ink used for? - Guild Wars Forums

I have had the NPC Vendor outside of Yaks Bend make a container of Black Ink and can not figure out what it is used for. I have found no quest requirng it.

Earth Blood, Gia Sun, Gia Earth

If I recall correctly, it was used for the creation of tatoo armor but has been replaced by feathers.
